JESUS SANCHELIMA
As a Registered Patent Attorney Mr. Sanchelima co-founded the firm in 1977 as one of the first Hispanic Registered Patent Attorney in the United States. He earned his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI), the Cuban-American Bar Association (CABA) and the International Trademark Association (INTA),
Author: Mr. Sanchelima has also written articles in the Trademark Reporter regarding Intellectual Property issues in Cuba.

CHRISTIAN J. SANCHELIMA
Mr. Sanchelima is the current President of the Intellectual Property Student Association at Florida International University's College of Law and is the first Hispanic American to assume the IPSA Presidency. Mr. Sanchelima is the Research Assistant for Intellectual Property professor Hannibal Travis- one of Florida's most influential Intellectual Property professors. He also serves as a Student Ambassador of the International Trademark Association.
Christian Sanchelima's main practice area relates to engineering support for the firm's patent prosecutions. He has a concentration in lean manufacturing and efficiency optimizations in the productions of devices and methods.
Mr. Sanchelima graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and System Engineering with honors from the University of Florida. His prior engineering experience at Rockwell Collins contributes to his understanding of mechanical and electrical inventions. Additionally, he brings engineering experience from his work at the Coca-Cola Enterprises facility in Tampa, FL where he concentrated on manufacturing efficiency along with "green-energy" initiatives.
Mr. Sanchelima has also served as a student member of the following organizations: International Trademark Student Association, the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Florida, Licensing Executives Society, the American Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association.

ALFRED GUERRA
Mr. Guerra graduated Cum Laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008. While in Law School, he was a member of the Law School's Intercultural Human Rights Law Review; as well as a member of the International Moot Court Team where he was the coach for the Phillip C. Jessup Competition. He subsequently pursued further legal training at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. He was admitted to the University of Florida's prestigious Graduate Tax Program and graduated in August 2009 with a Master of Laws in Taxation degree. Among his many academic achievements, Mr. Guerra was able to amass a collection of five book awards in topics ranging from legal writing to criminal tax procedure. During law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Maria M. Korvick, Administrative Judge of the Probate division of Florida's 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County Florida. Mr. Guerra is currently working on an of-counsel basis with Sanchelima & Associates, P.A., an intellectual property firm in Miami, FL.
